The invention refers to a medication delivery device (1) comprising a housing (3) having a proximal and a distal end, a medication receptacle (2) designed to be engaged with the distal end of the housing (3) by engagement of first engagement means (5) with second engagement means (4) and a dosing mechanism. The dosing mechanism includes a piston rod (17) which is moveable in a distal direction for medication delivery and a drive device for moving the piston rod (17) in the distal direction for medication delivery. The medication receptacle (2) comprises an actuation means (70) for bringing and holding a guiding means (11) in a guiding position in which the guiding means (11) guides the piston rod (17) for medication delivery. The first engage-ment means (5) and the second engagement means (4) are moveable into engagement by a movement of the medication receptacle (2) which ends in a rotational movement without axial movement of the medication receptacle (2) with respect to the housing (3), the actuation means (70) thereby bringing the guiding means (11) in the guiding position.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de médicaments (1) comprenant : un boîtier (3) doté d'une extrémité proximale et d'une extrémité distale, un réceptacle de médicaments (2) conçu pour venir en contact avec l'extrémité distale du boîtier (3) par contact de premiers moyens de contact (5) avec de seconds moyens de contact (4) et un mécanisme de dosage. Le mécanisme de dosage comprend : une tige de piston (17) qui se déplace dans une direction distale pour distribuer les médicaments, et un dispositif d'entraînement pour déplacer la tige de piston (17) dans la direction distale pour distribuer les médicaments. Le réceptacle de médicaments (2) comprend : un moyen d'actionnement (70) pour amener et maintenir un moyen de guidage (11) en position de guidage dans laquelle ledit moyen de guidage (11) guide la tige de piston (17) pour distribuer les médicaments. Les premiers moyens de contact (5) et les seconds moyens de contact (4) se déplacent pour venir en contact par déplacement du réceptacle de médicaments (2) qui se termine en mouvement rotatif sans déplacement axial du réceptacle de médicaments (2) par rapport au boîtier (3) ce qui amène le moyens de guidage (11) en position de guidage.
