The present invention relates to a medicinal aerosol formulation product with improved chemical stability, comprising a pressurized metered dose inhaler, comprising an aerosol canister equipped with a metering valve provided with sealing rings and/or gaskets made of a vulcanisate of an elastomeric composition of a butyl rubber, a cross-linking agent for the butyl rubber, and an accelerator for the cross-linking agent, wherein the accelerator includes a polysulphide compound derived from a substituted dithiocarbonic acid or derivative thereof, wherein the pressurized metered dose inhaler contains in the aerosol canister a medicinal aerosol formulation containing a long acting ~2 agonist, a hydrofluorocarbon propellant, a co-solvent, and a mineral acid as a stabilizer for the active ingredient.
L'invention concerne un produit de formulation d'aérosol médicinale à stabilité chimique améliorée comprenant un aérosol-doseur sous pression comprenant une boîte d'aérosol équipée d'une valve doseuse présentant des joints d'étanchéité et/ou des joints d'étanchéité statiques conçus dans un produit de vulcanisation d'une composition élastomère de butylcaoutchouc, un agent de réticulation destiné au butylcaoutchouc et un accélérateur destiné à l'agent de réticulation, l'accélérateur comprenant un composé de polysulfure dérivé d'un acide dithiocarbonique substitué ou d'un dérivé de celui-ci, l'aérosol-doseur sous pression renfermant, dans la boîte d'aérosol, une formulation d'aérosol médicinale comprenant un agoniste ß2 à action prolongée, un propulseur à base d'hydrofluorocarbone, un co-solvant et un acide minéral comme stabilisant pour le principe actif.
