It is intended to provide medicinal compositions which are advantageous as sealants for wound, etc. and have an effect of strongly promoting the healing of intractable wounds or operative wounds without any risk of side effects such as canceration accompanying the promotion of tissue generation. Namely, medicinal compositions characterized by containing a photocrosslinkable chitosan derivative and a wound healing promoter. It is preferable that the photocrosslinkable chitosan derivative has a saccharide having a reducing end which has been introduced into at least a part of the amino groups in the chitosan skeleton and a photoreactive group which has been introduced into at least another part thereof. It is preferable that the wound healing promoter is a cell proliferative factor.
L'invention concerne des compositions médicinales qui sont avantageuses comme matériau d'étanchéité pour des blessures, etc, et présentent l'avantage de favoriser la guérison de plaies incurables ou de plaies opératoires sans le risque d'effets secondaires comme la cancérisation associée à la génération de tissus. En particulier, l'invention concerne des compositions médicinales qui se caractérisent en ce qu'elles contiennent un dérivé de chitosan et un promoteur de la guérison de plaies. De préférence, le dérivé de chitosan photoréticulable présente un saccharide qui présente une extrémité réductrice qui a été introduite dans au moins une partie des groupes aminés dans le squelette du chitosan et un groupe photoréacteur qui a été introduit dans au moins une autre partie de ce dernier. De préférence, le promoteur de la guérison de blessures est un facture de prolifération cellulaire.
