Medicinal compositions for preventing or treating viral myocarditis and viral diseases induced by viral myocarditis with which cell injuries in various organs are prevented and treated regardless of virus type; and a method for preventing or treating. These compositions contain, as the active ingredient, 2-amino-2-(2-(4- octylphenyl)ethyl)propane-1,3-diol or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. The above method for preventing and treating myocarditis and viral diseases induced by viral myocarditis comprises administering an effective dose of the above compound or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof.
Cette invention se rapporte à des compositions de médicaments qui servent à prévenir ou à traiter la myocardite virale et les maladies virales induites par la myocardite virale et grâce auxquelles on peut prévenir et traiter les lésions cellulaires de divers organes, quel que soit le type de virus; ainsi qu'à un procédé de prévention ou de traitement. Ces compositions contiennent, comme principe actif, du 2-amino-2-(2-(4-octylphényl)éthyl)propane-1,3-diol ou des sels de ce diol acceptables sur le plan pharmacologique. Ce procédé de prévention et de traitement de la myocardite et des maladies virales induites par la myocardite virale consiste à administrer une dose efficace de ce composé ou de sels de ce composé acceptables sur le plan pharmacologique.
