The present invention provides a platelet-containing composition prepared by contacting platelets with a medium for preserving. The medium comprises anticoagulant, cryoprecipitate and thrombin. The present invention also provides a method for long-term preservation of platelets, comprising the steps of: (a)adding anticoagulants, cryoprecipitate, thrombin in normal saline; (b)adding a platelet-containing medium into the solutionformed in step (a); and(c)lyophilizing the platelet-containing solution formed in step (b). Moreover, the present invention yet provides a medium for preserving non--nucleus cells.

La présente invention porte sur une composition contenant des plaquettes, préparée en mettant en contact des plaquettes avec un milieu de conservation. Le milieu de conservation est constitué d'un anticoagulant, d'un cryoprécipité et de thrombine. La présente invention concerne également une méthode destinée à conserver sur une longue période les plaquettes, laquelle comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) ajouter des anticoagulants, du cryoprécipité, de la thrombine dissous dans du soluté physiologique standard; (b) ajouter un milieu contenant des plaquettes dans la solution formée en (a); et (c) lyophiliser la solution contenant des plaquettes créée à l'étape (b). De plus, la présente invention permet de produire un milieu permettant de conserver les cellules non nuclées.
