A melt-moldable thermoplastic norbornene resin composition characterized by being obtained by compounding (A) a base polymer comprising a thermoplastic norbornene resin with (B) an olefin compound having a number-average molecular weight of 200 to 10,000 and a softening point of 70 to 170~C; and a molded article or optical film obtained by melt-molding or extrusion-molding the thermoplastic norbornene resin composition.

L'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique à base de norbornène pouvant être moulée par fusion, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être obtenue par mélange (A) d'un polymère de base comprenant une résine thermoplastique à base de norbornène avec (B) un composé oléfinique ayant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre compris entre 200 et 10'000 et une température de ramollissement compris entre 70 et 170 ·C. L'invention concerne également un article moulé ou un film optique obtenus par moulage par fusion ou par moulage par extrusion de ladite composition de résine thermoplastique à base de norbornène.
