The invention relates to a membrane bioreactor (1) waste water treatment method comprising a sludge dewatering step (4) and a step involving the recycling (6, 7) of the liquid effluent originating from the sludge dewatering step, which is performed at the head of the bioreactor. The invention is characterised in that: the biological sludge extracted from the bioreactor (1) is brought into contact in a contactor (2) with the liquid effluent (6) from the sludge-dewatering step such that the residual polyelectrolyte content in said effluent, which was used for sludge conditioning during the dewatering step (4), moves towards the biological sludge; the biological sludge originating from the contactor (2) is separated from the liquid effluent such as to produce a polyelectrolyte-free liquid effluent (7) and a polyelectrolyte-loaded biological sludge (5); the polyelectrolyte-free liquid effluent (7) is recycled at the head of the membrane bioreactor (1); and the polyelectrolyte-loaded biological sludge (5) is conveyed towards the dewatering step (4).
Procédé de traitement d'eau résiduaire par un bioréacteur à membranes (1) comportant une étape de déshydratation (4) des boues et un recyclage (6, 7), en tête du bioréacteur, de l'effluent liquide issu de la déshydratation des boues, caractérisé en ce que : - les boues biologiques extraites du bioréacteur (1) sont mises en contact (dans un contacteur (2) avec l'effluent liquide (6) provenant de l'étape de déshydratation des boues de manière que la teneur résiduelle dudit effluent en polyélectrolyte ayant servi au conditionnement des boues lors de l'étape de déshydratation (4) migre vers les boues biologiques; - les boues biologiques provenant du contacteur (2) sont séparées de l'effluent liquide de manière à obtenir, d'une part un effluent liquide (7) exempt de polyélectrolyte et d'autre part une boue biologique (5) chargée en polyélectrolyte ; - l'effluent liquide (7) exempt de polyélectrolyte est recyclé en tête du bioréacteur à membranes (1) et, - la boue biologique (5) chargée en polyélectrolyte est évacuée vers l'étape de déshydratation (4).
