A membrane filter for microbe detection that realizes low fluorescent background, being applicable to staining combining fluorescent dyes of variable wavelengths, and that attains enhanced operationality. There is provided a membrane filter for microbe detection, comprising a polymer layer of 10 to 500 µm thickness and, superimposed thereon, a metal layer of 0.1 nm to 1 µm thickness. Further, there is provided a method of microbe detection wherein microbe detection is carried out with the use of the membrane filter for microbe detection according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
L~invention concerne un filtre à membrane pour détection de microbes utilisant un fond de faible fluorescence, applicable à une combinaison de taches de teintures fluorescentes de longueurs d~ondes variables, et d~une facilité d'emploi accrue. Elle porte sur un filtre à membrane pour détection de microbes, comprenant une couche polymère d~une épaisseur comprise entre 10 et 500 µm et, superposée dessus, une couche de métal d~une épaisseur comprise entre 0,1 nm et 1 µm. De plus, elle concerne un procédé de détection de microbes pour détecter les microbes à l~aide du filtre à membrane pour détection de microbes selon l~une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
