Acyloxyalkyl esters of phosphate-containing second messengers which are capable of permeating cell membranes. Once inside the cell, the ester derivatives undergo enzymatic conversion to the biologically active form of the second messenger. The acyloxyalkyl esters have formula (I), wherein A1 to A6 is H, OH, F or (II), wherein R is an alkyl group having from 2 to 6 carbon atoms and R' is H or CH3 or R is CH3 and R' is CH3 and wherein at least one of A1 to A6 is a phosphoester having the formula set forth above.

L'invention concerne des esters acyloxyalkyliques de seconds messagers contenant du phosphate, pouvant passer à travers des membranes cellulaires. Une fois dans la cellule, les dérivés ester subissent une conversion enzymatique pour prendre la forme active du second messager. Les esters acyloxyalkyliques ont la formule suivante (I) dans laquelle A¿1? à A¿6? désignent H., OH, F ou (II) où R désigne un groupe alkyle ayant entre 2 et 6 atomes de carbone et R' désigne H ou CH¿3? ou R désigne CH¿3? et R' désigne CH¿3? et où parmi A¿1? à A¿6?, au moins un désigne un phosphoester ayant la formule mentionnée ci-dessus.
