The invention relates to a filter unit (10) comprising membrane plates (1) which are placed parallel to one another while being joined in a liquid-tight manner at least in areas (4) around connecting elements (2) for withdrawing permeate, i.e. filtered liquid. After placing two membrane plates one atop the other, these membrane plates are, due to their shape, provided for producing a sealing by welding, whereby forming a liquid-tight connection. This prevents the unfiltered liquid from flowing through between the membrane plates (1) and the permeate from becoming contaminated in a volume around the connecting elements. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a connection that, for the time being, is positive is provided from which a connection with material fit is formed by welding. A hollow profile section (11) can be mounted via a number of connecting elements (2) and areas (4) located therebetween and can be closed at the ends thereof. Said hollow profile section surrounds discharge openings of the connecting elements (2) and the areas located therebetween in a liquid-tight manner, preferably with material fit. This results in the formation of a permeate collecting channel (11) out of which the permeate can be drawn by suction via a permeate withdrawal point (13).
L'invention concerne une unité de filtrage (10) comprenant des plaques-membranes (1) disposées parallèlement les unes par rapport aux autres et reliées les unes aux autres, de manière étanche aux liquides, au moins au niveau de zones (4) autour d'éléments de raccordement (2) pour évacuer le perméat, c'est-à-dire le liquide filtré. Deux plaques-membranes superposées servent, de par leur forme, à produire une liaison étanche aux fluides ou joint, au moyen d'un processus de soudage. Ceci permet d'empêcher qu'un liquide non filtré ne s'écoule entre lesdites plaques-membranes (1) et contamine le perméat se trouvant dans un volume situé autour des éléments de raccordements (2). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré de cette invention, une liaison de forme sert à constituer une liaison de matière, par soudage. Un profil creux (11) fermé au niveau de ses extrémités peut être disposé sur plusieurs éléments de raccordement (2) et les zones (4) situées entre eux. Ce profil creux entoure les ouvertures de sortie des éléments de raccordement (2) et les zones situées entre eux, de manière étanche aux liquides, de préférence par liaison de matière, ce qui permet de former un conduit de collecte de perméat (11) duquel le perméat peut être retiré par aspiration, au moyen d'un dispositif de retrait de perméat (13).
