The invention pertains to the field of membranous protein immobilisation on a carrier. The invention relates to a product comprising a carrier and at least one membranous protein fixed on the surface thereof, characterised in that said membranous protein is fixed on said carrier through an amphiphile molecule with which said membranous protein is complexed. The invention also relates to a method for preparing such a product, and to different applications in the fields of diagnosis, drug design and biotechnologies. The invention further relates to a kit and to a functionalised amphiphile molecule for preparing a product according to the invention that comprises a carrier and an amphiphile molecule, wherein the amphiphile molecule and the carrier interact through a hydrophobic bond, an ionic bond, a specific bond or a covalent bond.
L'invention se situe dans le domaine de l'immobilisation de protéines membranaires sur un support. Elle concerne un produit comprenant un support et au moins une protéine membranaire fixée à sa surface, caractérisé en ce que ladite protéine membranaire est fixée sur ledit support par l'intermédiaire d'une molécule amphiphile avec laquelle ladite protéine membranaire est complexée. Elle concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un tel produit, ainsi que différentes applications dans les domaines du diagnostic, du drug design et des biotechnologies. Elle concerne enfin un kit, ainsi qu'une molécule amphiphile fonctionnalisée, pour préparer un produit selon l'invention comprenant un support et une molécule amphiphile, où la molécule amphiphile et le support interagissent par une liaison hydrophobe, une liaison ionique, une liaison spécifique, ou une liaison covalente.
