Upon visiting a cemetery one day, it had come to my attention that the grounds of the cemetery were considerably littered with artifical flowers and plushes blown away from their open plastic vases, blown by either the wind, snow or rain. I also noticed that many of these flowers were dirty, consumed, disfigured and discoloured. Many of the graves had clear plastic bags that contained a stuffed toy or animal or religious ornament. I have checked stores that sold flowers for cemeteries, or just a floral shop in general and nowhere could I find something that helped keep the cemetery clean nor provide me with a floral arrangement with protection from bad weather. Neither could I find something that had a religious ornament with a floral arrangement. I have decided to invent a product that allows the family to properly address respects to the grave, so that when one visits they do not have to look at a cemetery or plot that is littered and battered. My invention consists of a clear plastic dome which protects the contents inside which is the most important part of the Memorial Dome. The family may wish to have silk, satin, polyester, paper, plastic or dried flowers inside the dome and may also wish to place a religious symbol and/or plush and/or picture inside. All of which will be staked into the ground for sturdiness and then can the family feel that they have commemmorated the deceased with dignity and respect. This invention has also been carefully thought out for the up-keeping of the cemetery grounds and their grounds employees. I would like to patent the use of the contents of the Memorial Dome. The use being speciically the clear dome and the inside contents of the clear dome as a unit product.
