Even in a cellular terminal having no data rewriting function, a memory rewriting apparatus can rewrite data stored in a memory of the cellular terminal completely without stopping in the middle. According to the model type and the version number of data stored for each area, a memory area requiring update is specified (step S3). A battery amount required for rewrite/update the data of the memory area specified is calculated (step S4). The calculated battery amount is compared to the acquired current battery remaining amount and if the battery remaining amount is sufficient (Yes in step S5), data for the specified memory area is transmitted to the cellular telephone and the memory area to be updated is specified (step S6).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de réécriture de mémoire permettant de réécrire complètement des données enregistrées en mémoire, même dans un terminal cellulaire dépourvu de cette fonction de réécriture, sans interruption à mi-parcours. Selon le type de modèle et le numéro de version des données enregistrées pour chaque zone, on spécifie un secteur de mémoire nécessitant une mise à jour (étape S3). Ensuite, une quantité de batterie requise pour la réécriture/mise à jour des données du secteur de mémoire spécifié est déterminée (étape S4). Cette quantité est comparée à la quantité restante de batterie courante acquise, et si la quantité restante est suffisante (OUI pour l'étape S5), les données destinées au secteur spécifié sont transmises au téléphone cellulaire, et le secteur de mémoire à mettre à jour est spécifié (étape S6).
