ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A product information display tag structure is disclosed for presenting product information at the distal end of an elongate product display hook having a proximal end bracket for attaching the hook to a horizontal elongate support bar. The tag has a proximal end mounting portion for securing same to the bar over the bracket and the mounting portion is adaptable to accommodate a variety of such brackets. The tag is made from die-cut plastic sheet material.
