A connector includes a tubular wall on a first body (40) containing a lamp envelope (46), coaxially receiving an insulating tube mounted on a second body (34) having a cavity (74) that receives the first body, spring metal strip terminals (48) on the outside of the tubular wall in resilient contact with spring metal strip terminals (32b) on the inside of the cavity, and microprocessor controlled heated and cooled air delivered to the lamp envelope (46) by way of the insulating tube in response to a sensor that monitors at least one of lamp amalgam temperature and lamp radiation.
L'invention concerne un connecteur comportant une paroi tubulaire située sur un premier corps contenant une enveloppe de lampe, recevant coaxialement un tube d'isolation monté sur un deuxième corps présentant une cavité recevant le premier corps ; et, des terminaux en bande métallique à ressort situés sur l'extérieur de la paroi tubulaire, se trouvant en contact élastique avec des terminaux en bande métallique à ressort situés à l'intérieur de la cavité. De l'air chauffé et refroidi sous contrôle par microprocesseur est appliqué à l'enveloppe de la lampe par l'intermédiaire du tube d'isolation en réponse à un capteur contrôlant la température d'amalgame de la lampe et/ou la radiation de la lampe.
