ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is provided a new and useful message delivery device comprising a closed container, an elongated slot through a surface of the container, a pair of aligned openings through opposing surfaces of the container, the axis through the openings generally aligned with the slot, a first elongated member extending across the interior of the container and protruding through each opening for rotation in the pair of openings, a second elongated member outside the container, and a scroll passing through the slot and attached at its ends to respective ones of the first and second elongated members.
