The invention relates to a process for the production of metal alloy powders, in particular the invention relates to a process for producing titanium metal alloys from titanium dioxide and aluminium. Optionally the process can also include the use of one or more other oxides (metal or non-metal). The result is at least a Ti-Al alloy powder. If another metal oxide is used the result is a Ti-ternary alloy powder. If SiO2 is used the result is a Ti-Al-Si alloy.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de poudres d'alliage métallique, en particulier l'invention concerne un procédé de production d'alliages de métal de titane à partir de dioxyde de titane et d'aluminium. Éventuellement, le procédé peut également comprendre l'utilisation d'un ou plusieurs oxydes différents (métalliques ou non-métalliques). Le résultat est au moins une poudre d'alliage Ti-Al. Si un autre oxyde de métal est utilisé, le résultat est une poudre d'alliage ternaire de titane. Si SiO2 est utilisé, le résultat est un alliage Ti-Al-Si.
