A device for the continuous casting of metals, especially steel material, to elongated products in a multistrand casting apparatus with a plurality of continuous casting molds which are oscillatingly driven in an oscillating frame (2) by means of leaf springs (4) whereby the leaf springs (4) extend transversely to the casting direction (1) and serve for guide and weight compensation. The smallest possible strand spacing "A" is provided for that on a longitudinal foundation frame (5) to housings (6a) in the form of compact flat cassettes (6) are secured one behind the other in the strand travel direction. In the housings upper and lower leaf spring pairs (4a; 4b) run transversely to the cast strands (3) and the oscillating strands (11) engage the leaf spring pairs (4a; 4b), whereby a front oscillating drive (11a) works synchronously with the rear oscillating drive (11b).
L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à la coulée continue de métaux, notamment de matériaux à base d'acier, en produits longs dans une installation de coulée continue à plusieurs lignes. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend plusieurs lingotières de coulée continue qui sont entraînées de manière oscillante dans un bâti oscillant (2) au moyen de ressorts à lames (4) qui s'étendent perpendiculairement au sens de coulée (1) et servent au guidage et à la compensation du poids. L'invention vise à obtenir des écarts <= A >= entre lignes les plus faibles possibles. A cet effet,deux enveloppes (6a) placées l'une derrière l'autre et réalisées sous forme de caissons plats compacts (6) sont fixées sur un bâti d'embase allongé (5) dans le sens de marche de ligne (1) et contiennent des paires de ressorts à lames supérieure et inférieure (4a, 4b) perpendiculaires au brin de coulée (3). Les entraînements oscillants (11) viennent s'appliquer aux paires de ressorts à lames (4a, 4b), un entraînement oscillant avant (11a) opérant en synchronisation avec l'entraînement oscillant arrière (11b).
