ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cutting and manipulating attachment for a backhoe, the bucket of which has been removed has an elongated substantially hook-shaped movable cutting blade pivoted in shearing relation to a fixed cutting blade, a body mounting said movable cutting blade and the fixed cutting blad on the boom of the backhoe and a pair of spaced parallel guides adjacent said fixed cutting blade defining an elongated guide path for a portion of said movable hook-shaped cutting blade when the same is moved. -2-
