A metal mold (1) for forming a laminated molding obtained by laminating partially compressible surface materials (23, 24) on a molded product main body, wherein a flow control part (40) for controlling the flow of molten resin flowing toward the surface materials (23, 24) is provided in a metal mold body (10) to control the flow of molten resin flowing toward the surface materials (23, 24) in the same surface as that of the surface materials (23, 24), whereby a positional displacement of the surface materials (23, 24) due to entrainment of resin at the end part of the surface materials (23, 24) or a resin flow can be prevented so as to provide the laminated molding having an excellent quality and appearance.
L'invention concerne un moule métallique (1) destiné à former un moulage stratifié obtenu par le laminage de matériaux en surface partiellement compressibles (23, 24) sur le corps principal d'un produit moulé. Le corps du moule métallique comprend une partie (40) de commande de flux servant à diriger le flux de résine fondue qui s'écoule en direction des matériaux de surface (23, 24) sur la même surface que celle des matériaux de surface (23, 24). En empêchant tout changement de position des matériaux de surface (23, 24), provoqué par l'entraînement de la résine dans la partie terminale des matériaux de surface (23, 24) ou par un flux de résine, on obtient un moule stratifié d'excellente qualité et d'un aspect irréprochable.
