The present invention provides a metallic nickel powder in which the occurrence of delamination can be prevented by providing superior sintering properties in production processes for multilayer ceramic capacitors and by providing superior dispersion characteristics in the forming of conductive pastes. By being brought into contact with nickel chloride gas and a reducing gas at a temperature in the range of the reduction reaction, metallic nickel powder is produced in which the oxygen content is 0.1 to 2.0% by weight and there is no absorption peak at wavelengths ranging from 3600 to 3700 cm-1 in infrared spectroscopy.
L'invention concerne un nickel métallique en poudre qui a un excellent comportement de frittage pendant un processus de production d'un condensateur céramique monolithique, et présente une excellente dispersabilité lorsqu'une pâte conductrice est formée pour empêcher une délamination. L'invention concerne en particulier un nickel métallique en poudre qui contient entre 0,1 et 2,0 % en poids d'oxygène, ne présente pas de crête d'absorption dans une région de nombre d'ondes de spectres d'absorption infrarouges comprise entre 3600 et 3700 cm<-1>. Ce nickel métallique en poudre est généré par placement d'un gaz de chlorure de nickel au contact d'un gaz réducteur dans une région de réduction de la température de réaction.
