Disclosed is a metal phosphate having high proton conductivity which is useful for a fuel cell having higher output. Also disclosed is a method for producing such a metal phosphate. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing a metal phosphate, wherein a compound containing M (wherein M represents one or more elements selected from the group consisting of group 4A and group 4B elements of the long form periodic table), a compound containing J1 (wherein J1 represents one or more elements selected from the group consisting of group 3A, group 3B, group 5A and group 5B elements of the long form periodic table), and a compound containing P are used as raw materials. The compound containing J1 is composed of one or more compounds selected from hydroxides of J1, halides of J1 and nitrates of J1.
La présente invention porte sur un phosphate métallique de conductivité protonique élevée qui peut être employé dans une pile à combustible de rendement élevé. La présente invention concerne également une méthode de production d'un tel phosphate métallique.
