Disclosed is a novel metal powder injection molding material containing a) 40 to 70 percent by volume of powdered metal, including at least 50 percent by weight relative to the entire quantity of metal of an iron-containing powder, at least 90 percent by weight relative to the quantity of the iron-containing powderof the particles of said iron-containing powder having an effective diameter of at least 40 micrometers, b) 30 to 60 percent by volume of a thermoplastic binder, and c) 0 to 5 percent by volume of a dispersing adjuvant and/or other optional adjuvants. Said injection molding material is deformed by injection molding, the binder is removed from the injection-molded pieces, and the injection-molded pieces from which the binder has been removed are sintered.
L'invention concerne une nouvelle masse de moulage par injection de poudre métallique contenant a) 40 à 70 % en volume de poudre métallique, dont au moins 50 % en poids, relativement à la quantité totale de métal, d'une poudre à teneur en fer dont les particules d'au moins 90 % en poids, relativement à la quantité de cette poudre à teneur en fer, ont un diamètre effectif d'au moins 40 micromètres, b) 30 à 60 % en volume d'un liant thermoplastique, et c) 0 à 5 % en volume d'auxiliaires de dispersion et/ou d'autres auxiliaires, au choix. Cette masse de moulage est moulée par injection, les pièces ainsi moulées par injection sont débarrassées du liant puis frittées.
