A metal sheet perforating disk roll used to successively perforate holes in a long band-shaped metal sheet or metal foil, a metal sheet perforating device using the roll, a metal sheet perforating method, and a perforated metal sheet manufactured using the metal sheet perforating device and metal sheet perforating method, the metal sheet perforating disk roll (1) comprising a plurality of perforating edge parts formed, in the state of being projected to the outer radial direction and at intervals in circumferential direction, on the outer peripheral surface of the disk roll with a specified thickness, wherein a flat edge part shape on the outer peripheral surface of a perforating edge part (2) is formed in a geometrical shape surrounded by one closed line, and a side edge part shape of the perforating edge part (2) as viewed from the side is formed in a recessed shape so that edge height at its both circumferential end parts is higher than at the other parts and that edge height is lowered gradually toward the center part from the both circumferential end parts.
Cette invention concerne un rouleau à disques de perforation pour tôles métalliques permettant de percer une succession de trous dans une tôle de forme allongée ou dans une feuille de métal ; un dispositif de perforation équipé d'un tel rouleau ; un procédé de perforation pour tôles métalliques ; et une tôle perforée obtenue au moyen desdits dispositif et procédé. Le rouleau à disques de perforation (1) comprend une pluralité de pièces perforantes en saillie orientées radialement vers l'extérieur et espacées à la périphérie du rouleau, d'une épaisseur déterminée. Le bord plat sur la surface périphérique extérieure d'une pièce perforante (2) présente une forme géométrique entourée d'une ligne fermée. Vue de côté, cette pièce présente une forme en creux telle que la hauteur de la saillie perforante est la plus importante au niveau de ses deux extrémités situées à la périphérie du rouleau et qu'elle va en diminuant progressivement vers le centre à partir desdites extrémités.
