A threaded tubular connection having a sleeve seal for maintaining pressure sealing capabilities within the connection when exposed to extreme pressure and/or temperature variations. The sleeve seal forms a third part of the pin and box connection and is positioned axially intermediate the ends of the threaded engagement of the connection. The sleeve seal is constructed of a corrosion resistant metal having a Modulus of Elasticity and thermal characteristics that work with the Modulus of Elasticity and the thermal characteristics of the pin and box material to minimize leakage following exposure to extremes of pressure differentials and temperature.

Accouplement tubulaire fileté possédant un raccord à manchon servant à maintenir les capacités d'étanchéité à la pression dans l'accouplement quand il est exposé à des variations extrêmes de pression et/ou de température. Le raccord à manchon forme une troisième partie de l'accouplement mâle/femelle et se positionne axialement à un niveau intermédiaire entre les extrémités de contact fileté de l'accouplement. Le raccord à manchon est construit en métal anticorrosion présentant un module d'élasticité et suivant des caractéristiques thermiques fonctionnant avec le module d'élasticité et les caractéristiques thermiques du matériau de filetage mâle/femelle afin de minimiser les fuites suite aux expositions aux extrêmes de différentiels de pression et de températures.
