A metal stud arrangement has a top track with a support rail fixed to the track web and extending between track flanges into the trough of the track. The support rail has an enlarged hanger portion with a maximum width. A metal stud of the arrangement has an opening near the top end of the stud web for receiving the support rail, the opening having an entry passage with a width that is smaller than the maximum width of the hanger portion and the passage being adapted to receive the support rail. The opening includes an enlarged portion that is larger than the maximum width so that with the hanger portion in the enlarged portion of the opening, the stud hangs from the top track.
Montage de tige métallique qui présente une glissière supérieure avec un rail de support fixé à la bande de piste et s'étendant entre des brides de piste dans le creux de la piste. Le rail de support possède une partie de suspension élargie avec une largeur maximale. Une tige métallique du dispositif comporte une ouverture à proximité de l'extrémité supérieure de la bande de tige pour recevoir le rail de support, l'ouverture étant pourvue d'un passage d'entrée dont la largeur est inférieure à la largeur maximale de la partie de suspension, et le passage étant conçu pour recevoir le rail de support. L'ouverture comprend une partie élargie qui est supérieure à la largeur maximale de sorte qu'avec la partie de suspension dans la partie élargie de l'ouverture, la tige se suspend à partir de la glissière supérieure.
