The facility is designed to win metals, for instance zinc, from metal wastes and can be successfully used in industry. The facility represents an inclined casing faced inside with a heat insulating material and provided with mounted interchangeable reflectors made of bead-formed metal sheets. Onto a cantilever-supported casing shaft is set up a removable drum with a cross-shaped stiffening member inside. Solid wastes can be charged into the drum directly on the areas of formation and disposal of waste, still they can also be charged without removing the drum from upon the casing shaft through the open cover. Soot is taken away from the drum through the open cover, too. The facility has a temperature sensor and an automatic operating conditions control unit; while rotating, the drum is heated by means of a burner. Availability of a good heat insulation of the casing and that of an outlet pipe for ordered removal of combustion products makes the production process ecofriendly.
L'invention concerne une installation qui permet de récupérer des métaux (par exemple zinc) à partir de déchets métalliques et qui peut être utilisée avec succès dans l'industrie. Il s'agit d'une enceinte inclinée dont les faces internes sont en matériau d'isolation thermique et qui est équipée d'un montage de réflecteurs interchangeables en feuilles métalliques à bourrelets. Sur un arbre de l'enceinte disposé en porte à faux se trouve un tambour amovible dont l'intérieur est équipé d'une pièce de renfort. Il est possible de charger le tambour en matières solides directement sur les lieux de formation et d'élimination des déchets, mais on peut aussi charger le tambour sans le retirer de son axe en y introduisant les matières par le couvercle ouvert. Les particules de suie sont également retirées du tambour par l'ouverture de ce couvercle. L'installation est dotée d'un capteur de température et d'une unité de commande de fonctionnement automatique. Une fois mis en rotation, le tambour est chauffé par un brûleur. Grâce à une bonne isolation thermique de l'enceinte et à l'utilisation d'un tuyau de sortie pour l'évacuation rationnelle des produits de combustion, le processus décrit est respectueux de l'environnement.
