An ink composition or system for writing instruments constructed with a polyester fiber reservoir and a porous oriented fiber nib. This ink system will write on both black and white surfaces. On black surfaces, it will reveal itself as being opaque and metallic almost iridescent in appearance. On white surfaces, a tint of color is observed with distinct flecks of silver. The ink system is composed of water as a carrier, a permanent water-based binder, a colored pigmented permanent water-based dispersion of sub-micron particle size, a unique aluminum dispersion of specific particle size in a special carrier, a humectant, a surfactant that lowers surface tension, an anti-settling additive, a preservative and a base acting as a pH adjuster.
L'invention concerne un système ou une composition d'encre pour instruments d'écriture constitués d'un réservoir en fibres de polyester et d'une pointe poreuse en fibres orientées. Ce système d'encre permet d'écrire à la fois sur des surfaces blanches et sur des surfaces noires. Sur les surfaces noires, il se révèle être opaque, métallisé, et d'apparence presque irisée. Sur les surfaces blanches, on observe une teinte présentant des mouchetures argentées distinctes. Ledit système d'encre est composé d'eau comme support, d'un liant permanent à base d'eau, d'une dispersion à base d'eau permanente, pigmentée, et colorée dont la taille de particules est de l'ordre du sous-micron, d'une dispersion d'aluminium unique dont la taille de particules est spécifique dans un support spécial, d'un humidifiant, d'un tensioactif qui abaisse la tension de surface, d'un additif anti-sédimentation, d'un agent de conservation, et d'une base agissant comme régulateur de pH.
