A practical metallic shaft material diameter increasing device capable of increasing by forming the diameter of the intermediate part of a metallic shaft material by a simple operation, comprising a drivingly rotating part (5) which is provided with a holding part for engagedly holding the metallic shaft material as a work and drivingly rotated by a motor in the state that the metallic shaft material is close-fittedly held on the holding part, a driven rotating part (30) which is provided with a holding part installed so that it is opposed to the holding part of the drivingly rotating part and relatively movable in a direction toward or away from the drivingly rotating part, a feeding means (50) which moves the driven rotating part in a direction toward of away from the drivingly rotating part, an eccentric means (80) which tilts the holding part of the driven rotating part relative to the axis of the holding part of the drivingly rotating part, and a pressurizing means (70) which pressurizes the driven rotating part toward the drivingly rotating part.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'augmenter facilement par formage le diamètre de la partie intermédiaire d'un matériau pour arbre métallique. Ce dispositif comporte une tête rotative menante (5) pourvue d'un mandrin qui serre fermement la pièce et lui communique le mouvement de rotation du moteur. En outre, une tête rotative menée (30) est équipée d'un mandrin disposé en vis-à-vis du mandrin de la tête menante. Le dispositif comporte également un train d'avancement (50) mobile en rapprochement et en éloignement de la tête menante. De plus, un excentrique (80) vient incliner le mandrin de la tête menée par rapport à l'axe du mandrin de la tête menante. Enfin, un vérin (70) pousse la tête menée contre la tête menante.
