ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrical cable having a tubular metallic sheath carrying insulated electrical conductors and which, in various embodiments, has a substantially rectangular transverse cross- sectional configuration defined by pairs of parallel sidewalls which enable selective bending of the cable generally about the major and minor axes of the sheath. The parallel sidewalls may have substantially transverse or angular inclined corrugations formed along their lengths to facilitate bending of the cable in relatively small radius bends about the major and minor axes of the sheath.
