The Unified PSF Apparatus is a single structure aggregate of compact and rugged design, encompassing several complimentary interacting mechanism assembly groups: autonomous structural frame; dual, slant charging mechanism for semi- continuous, batch self-charging; more than one level of dual function, sealed pairs of robust, eccentrically rotating quasi cylindrical, by hot gases freely permeable, half-drums/hoppers, which create separate preheating chambers.
