ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cover assembly for a meter socket. The assembly comprises a circular disc formed of a single piece of molded insulating material. The disc has a diameter and an edge thickness substantially equal to that of a retaining ring of a meter intended for assembly into the socket. The disc has cavities molded into the rear surface thereof with the cavities opening to the rear surface only. Conductive jumper members are mounted on the rear side of the disc by fasteners engaged with the walls of the cavities without protruding from the front of the disc.
