An assembly and methods for constructing a MONOWELL includes a monodiameter casing disposed in a monodiameter wellbore having diametric efficiency with a monobore production delivery system disposed within the monodiameter casing. An assembly for constructing a monodiameter wellbore includes a bottomhole assembly having a overgauge hole drilling member, a directional steering assembly, a measurement while drilling tool, and a logging while drilling tool; a work string attached to the bottomhole assembly and extending to the surface; drilling fluids flowing through the work string and bottomhole assembly; chemical casing casing the borehole; expandable casing disposed in the wellbore; and a sealing composition disposed between the expandable casing and the wellbore.
L'invention concerne un ensemble et des procédés permettant de construire un monopuits présentant un tubage monodiamètre disposé dans un puits de forage monodiamètre à rendement diamétrique et comprenant un système de distribution de production de monosondage disposé dans le tubage monodiamètre. L'ensemble selon l'invention permet de construire un puits de forage monodiamètre comprenant un ensemble de fond de trou possédant un élément de forage de trou hors calibre, un ensemble de guidage directionnel, un outil de télémétrie de fond en cours de forage, un outil de diagraphie en cours de forage; un train de tiges de travail fixé sur l'ensemble de fond de trou et s'étendant jusqu'à la surface; des fluides de forage s'écoulant dans le train de tiges de travail et l'ensemble de fond de trou; un tubage chimique revêtant le puits de forage; un tubage extensible disposé dans le puits de forage; et une composition de scellement disposée entre le tubage extensible et le puits de forage. Le procédé selon l'invention permettant de forer un puits de forage monodiamètre consiste à forer une première partie d'un puits de forage monodiamètre au moyen d'un ensemble de forage comprenant un trépan, un moteur de fond et un aléseur; à appliquer un matériau de base de catalyse sur la paroi du puits de forage pendant le forage; à aléser en arrière le puits de forage pendant que l'ensemble de forage est levé à travers la première partie du puits de forage; à appliquer un matériau de garniture de forage au puits de forage pendant que celui-ci est alésé en arrière; à former un tubage chimique par mise en réaction du matériau de garniture de forage avec le matériau de catalyse; à répéter les étapes susmentionnées par forage de parties supplémentaires du puits de forage jusqu'à ce que celui-ci soit foré; et à installer un train de tubage dans le puits de forage.
