An eco-friendly method and apparatus for a waterfall hydroelectric power generation system that utilizes the systematic transport of water vertically from a source to its designated highest point through a series of elevated, vertically stacked staging tanks and discharged into airtight pressure release vessels located directly below the uppermost staging tank. The water is ejected from the pressure release vessels downwards, by forced air and the influence of gravity creating a waterfall, onto at least one turbine coupled to an electric generator positioned at the base of the power station to produce safe, clean, cost-effective renewable electric energy. This configuration allows the system to be utilized in virtually any geographic area in the world.
