Abstract A method of air conditioning includes completely or substantially freeing damp atmospheric air from its moisture con- tent by sorption in a first dry storage medium, cooling the air in a first thermal storage mass without altering its moisture con- tent, repeating the steps referred to above in a second dry stor- age medium and second thermal storage mass, respectively, and then further reducing the temperature of the air by passing it through water or spraying it with water.
