A method and apparatus for aseptically packaging and dispensing live material are disclosed. The apparatus provides a duplex package comprising an inner container and an outer container completely enclosing the inner container. An access portal transits the outer container and is operative to aseptically introduce a labile fluid or solid from outside the outer container. The inner container is detachably connected to the access portal. Additionally, the outer container is removable. After sterilizing the duplex package, a labile fluid or solid can be introduced through the access portal into the inner container. The access portal can be sealed and the duplex package can be introduced into a sterile environment. The outer container can be removed in the sterile environment. Then a sterile operator can remove the inner container and dispense the labile fluid or solid.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de conditionnement et de distribution de matière vivante dans des conditions d'asepsie. Cet appareil présente un boîtier double comprenant un récipient interne et un récipient externe entourant complètement le récipient interne. Un orifice d'accès traverse le récipient externe et fonctionne de manière à introduire sous asepsie un fluide ou un solide labile depuis l'extérieur du récipient externe. Le récipient interne est connecté de manière libérable à l'orifice d'accès. Par ailleurs, le récipient externe est détachable. Après stérilisation du boîtier double, on peut introduire dans le récipient interne un fluide labile ou solide, à travers l'orifice d'accès. De plus, on peut sceller l'orifice d'accès et introduire le boîtier double dans un environnement stérile. De même, on peut retirer le récipient externe dans un environnement stérile, un opérateur stérile pouvant ensuite retirer le récipient interne et distribuer le fluide ou le solide labile.
