ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A method and apparatus for assembling an aerosol val- ve which are intended to assemble a valve made up of a valve body, a spring, a stem, a sealing disk and valve cap. In assem- bling the valve, two vertically disposed sets are formed in a sequence indicated by their names which are the first "sealing disk-valve cap" set and the second "valve body-spring-stem" set. Said sets are disposed one above the other so that their origin- al orientation is retained, the sets are brought together so as to place the components into the specified position relatively to each other in the valve and then the sets are interlinked by deforming the valve cap. In the apparatus embodying said method, namely in a mechanism bringing the sets together, there is pro- vided a tip adapted to grip, transfer and dispose the first set above the second one. By virtue of such arrangement, the assembling of valves involves a minimum of operations and a high- capacity apparatus has been developed.
