A method and apparatus for calibrating a Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) system. One or more discrete temperature sensors are positioned adjacent to a DTS fiber to calibrate data generated from DTS fiber. The discrete temperature sensors preferably comprise FBG (Fiber Bragg Grating) sensors.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour l'étalonnage d'un système de détection de température réparti, dans lequel un ou plusieurs capteurs de température discrets sont positionnés en position adjacente à une fibre de détection de température en mode réparti, permettant d'étalonner les données fournies par cette fibre.
