The invention relates to a system which can be accessed by means of a coded data carrier (5) via access terminals (8) which are provided with a device (9) for reading the data carrier (5). In order to code the access authorisation data on the data carrier, the person wishing to obtain access has both a data carrier (5) and a device (6) for coding the data carrier (5). The person concerned communicates the desired access authorisation, via a telecommunication device, to a web server (2) which accounts the access authorisation, and transmits the access authorisation data, via the telecommunication device, to the device (6) for coding the data carrier (5).

La personne concernée communique l'autorisation d'accès souhaitée, via un dispositif de télécommunication, à un serveur Web (2) qui calcule l'autorisation d'accès et transmet les données d'autorisation d'accès, via le dispositif de télécommunication, au dispositif (6) de codage du support de données (5).
