Abstract of the Disclosure This invention relates to an apparatus and method for collecting radon gas and fluids primarily from the periphery of a subterranean enclosure and for discharging the collected fluids and radon gas to the exterior of the enclosure. The apparatus and method create a sealed system around the inside perimeter of the subterranean enclosure. A lower than ambient air pressure created in the system collects the radon gas and fluids therein. The radon gas and fluids separate and the system disposes of them separately.
