ABREGE PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF D'OBTENTION DE PRODUITS METALLIQUES MINCES PAR COULEE CONTINUE L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'obtention de produits métalliques minces par coulée continue. Le dispositif comporte une lingotière 2 et des rouleaux pinceurs 6,6' destinés à provoquer par réduction de l'épaisseur dudit produit, la fermeture du puits de solidification. On mesure la force d'écartement F exercée sur les rouleaux pinceurs par le produit, et on applique au coeur du produit encore liquide, au moyen d'inducteurs 8,8' logés dans les rouleaux pinceurs ou en amont de ceux-ci, un champ magnétique variable, asservi par des moyens d'asservissement 9 à ladite force d'écartement de manière que celle-ci ne dépasse pas durablement une valeur limite supérieure donnée à l'avance représentative de l'effort tolérable momentanément sans dommages par les rouleaux pinceurs.
