In a method according to the invention, a dispersion coming from a mixer part is conducted from downwards to the liquid pan of the settler, into the middle part of the feed end, wherefrom it is set to be distributed to inside the settler part, in a closed channel-like space located in the immediate vicinity of the settler along the whole width of the settler and the flow therefrom mainly above the channel-like part towards the dear end of the settler. The method according to the invention is realized by means of an apparatus where an uptake shaft extending from the dispersion mixing tank to the settler opens into the feed end of the settler, from where there are further directed distribution channels towards the settler side edges. The distribution channels are placed in the bottom part of the settler.
La présente invention concerne un procédé consistant à conduire une dispersion provenant de la zone de mélange et à la faire passer du bas vers la zone liquide du décanteur dans la zone médiane d'extrémité libre. A partir de ce point, la dispersion est mise à reposer de façon à être répartie à l'intérieur de la zone de décantation. La circulation se fait en utilisant un espace canal fermé situé au voisinage immédiat du décanteur, et aboutissant en pleine largeur du décanteur. A partir de ce point, la circulation se fait principalement au-dessus de l'espace canal en direction de l'extrémité postérieure du décanteur. Ce procédé utilise un appareil dans lequel un arbre de conduction, qui s'étend du réservoir de mélange de dispersion au décanteur, débouche dans l'extrémité d'alimentation du décanteur. A partir de ce point, les canaux de distribution partent ensuite vers les bords latéraux du décanteur. Ces canaux de distribution sont situés dans le fond du décanteur.
