The invention refers to a method and an apparatus for controlling at least one ventilation pressure of an artificial ventilator for ventilating an artificially ventilated lung of a patient in accordance with a plurality of lung positions. In order to improve the potentials of the kinetic rotation therapy, at least one ventilation pressure is controlled in accordance with a defined lung position and in accordance with a lung status information related to said defined lung position.

Cette invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de commander au moins une pression de ventilation d'un ventilateur artificiel servant à ventiler le poumon d'un patient ventilé artificiellement conformément à une pluralité de positions du poumon. Pour améliorer les potentiels de la thérapie de rotation cinétique, au moins une pression de ventilation est commandée conformément à une position du poumon définie et conformément à des informations de statut du poumon associées à ladite position du poumon définie.
