The invention relates to a method and apparatus for gradually converting marine wave energy into electricity. The energy reserve provided by wind power holds enough energy for the needs of the entire mankind. The invention provides an efficient means of putting this energy reserve to practical use. Mounted on a rotating power shaft (3) is a pair of form parts (1, 2), the convex and concave shape, especially the round-pointed open V-shape of which reverses its orientation by 180 degrees, i.e. turns from convex to concave, whenever the power shaft makes a rotation of 180 degrees. The circular motion of water occurring in a wave drives such a turbine effectively while the wave dies out. The pair of convex and concave form parts (1, 2) extends helically around the power shaft (3), whereby water currents in all directions, which come to contact with the pair of form parts, produce a rotative moment.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil destinés à convertir graduellement l'énergie des vagues marines en électricité. La réserve d'énergie fournie par la force du vent contient suffisamment d'énergie pour répondre aux besoins de l'ensemble de l'humanité. L'invention fournit un moyen efficace destiné à employer cette réserve d'énergie à des fins pratiques. Un couple de pièces de forme (1, 2) est monté sur un arbre de commande rotatif (3). Ce couple de pièces (1, 2) de forme convexe et concave, notamment en forme de V ouvert à pointe arrondie, inverse son orientation de 180 degrés, c'est-à-dire passe de convexe à concave, chaque fois que l'arbre de commande effectue une rotation de 180 degrés. Le mouvement circulaire de l'eau se produisant dans une vague entraîne efficacement une turbine au moment où la vague disparaît. Du fait que le couple de pièces de forme concave et convexe (1, 2) s'étend en spirale autour de l'arbre de commande (3), les courants d'eau venant de toutes directions et entrant en contact avec le couple de pièces de forme produisent un mouvement rotatif.
