The invention relates to a workhead for mechanical working of materials. The invention is directed to metal working machines and is adaptable for use in the mechanical working of metals and plastics, involving the use of liquid lubricants and/or coolants. The technical result achieved by implementing the invention comprises an improvement in the efficiency of the cavitation treatment of a liquid lubricant and/or coolant, which secures the dispersion of a solid lubrication in aqueous solutions, an increase in the stability of water-in-oil emulsions, decomposition of a liquid lubricant and/or coolant and a decrease of viscosity, an improvement in corrosion resistance, reduction in a tool wear and, simultaneously, an improvement in the quality of a working surface. The apparatus comprises a housing (1), inside which is fitted a main oscillator (2), to which is connected a tool (4) through the intermediary of an extension piece (3). The apparatus includes a pipeline (6) for supplying a liquid lubricant and/or coolant into the housing (1) and a pipeline (7) for delivering the liquid lubricant and/or coolant from the housing onto a working area. A spring (8) is intended for pressing the housing (1), the extension piece (3), and the tool (4) against a workpiece (9). The pipeline (6) is fitted with a hydrostatic pressure regulator (10). The pipelines (6 and 7) are fitted with hydrodynamic additional oscillators (11).
L'invention concerne une tête d'usinage destinée à l'usinage mécanique de matériaux. Cette invention a trait à des machines d'usinage de métaux et est adaptable à une utilisation dans l'usinage mécanique de métaux et de plastiques, impliquant l'utilisation de liquides lubrifiants et/ou de refroidissement. Le résultat technique obtenu par la mise en oeuvre de l'invention présente une amélioration du point de vue de l'efficacité du traitement de la cavitation d'un liquide lubrifiant et/ou de refroidissement, ce qui assure la dispersion d'une lubrification solide dans des solutions aqueuses, une augmentation de la stabilité des émulsions huileuses, une décomposition du liquide lubrifiant et/ou de refroidissement ainsi qu'une diminution de la viscosité, une amélioration du point de vue de la résistance à la corrosion, une réduction de l'usure des outils et, simultanément, une amélioration de la qualité d'une surface d'usinage. L'appareil comprend un logement (1) à l'intérieur duquel est monté un oscillateur principal (2), auquel est relié un outil (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de prolongement (3). L'appareil comprend un conduit (6) d'alimentation en liquide lubrifiant et/ou de refroidissement dans le logement (1), et un conduit (7) destiné à acheminer le liquide lubrifiant et/ou de refroidissement du logement jusque dans une zone d'usinage. Un ressort (8) est destiné à exercer une pression sur le logement (1), la pièce de prolongement (3) et l'outil (4) contre une pièce à usiner (9). Le conduit (6) est doté d'un régulateur de pression hydrostatique (10). Les conduits (6 et 7) sont dotés d'oscillateurs hydrodynamiques supplémentaires (11).
