METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CORRELATING DEPTH OF PHOTOGRAPHIC FIELD WIT MAXIMUM USABLE LENS APERTURE SETTING ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Presented is a method and apparatus for use by a photographer to determine the maximum useable lens aperture setting of a camera for any given depth of field. A formula has been developed that results in the indication of the minimum useable aperture number when easily available parameters are used in the formula. In like manner, a circular calculator has been devised which will indicate at a glance the proper aperture number to use with any given depth of field expressed in either inches or feet.
