Disclosed is a hot runner for conveying a metallic-molding material. The hot runner includes: (i) a first conduit, and (ii) a second conduit. The first conduit is configured to receive the metallic-molding material. The second conduit is configured to receive the metallic-molding material from the first conduit. The first conduit is thermally expandable relative to the second conduit enough so that an interference seal forms between the first conduit and the second conduit. The interference seal substantially prevents a leakage of the metallic-molding material from the first conduit and the second conduit, first conduit includes first end having first taper; second conduit includes second end having second taper, second end facing first end of first conduit; and interference seal exists between: first taper of first end of first conduit and second taper of second end of second conduit.
L'invention concerne un canal chauffant destiné à acheminer un matériau de moulage métallique. Ce canal chauffant comprend : (i) un premier conduit et (ii) un deuxième conduit. Le premier conduit est conçu pour recevoir le matériau de moulage métallique et le deuxième conduit est conçu pour recevoir le matériau de moulage métallique provenant du premier conduit. Le premier conduit peut se dilater thermiquement par rapport au deuxième conduit, de façon suffisante pour former un joint d'interférence entre le premier et le deuxième conduit. Ce joint d'interférence empêche sensiblement les fuites de matériau de moulage métallique du premier et du deuxième conduit.
