A switching circuit to switch between a wind machine mode to create wind by using electrical power and a wind power generator mode to create electrical power when wind is above a certain velocity. The wind machine option is used to keep the crop warm during temperature inversion and also to dry the crops. Wind power generation option is used at all other times.
