A method for culturing cells, the method comprising: providing a plurality of cellulose hollow fibre capillaries having cells and at least one protein required for proliferation, differentiation and/or genetic modification of the cells therein and optionally at least one metabolite; and providing on the extracapillary side of the semi-permeable substrate at least one metabolite required for proliferation of the cells.
L'invention concerne une technique permettant de cultiver des cellules. Cette technique consiste à fournir une pluralité de capillaires de cellulose à fibres creuses, possédant des cellules et au moins une protéine nécessaire à la prolifération, la différentiation et/ou la modification génétique desdites cellules, et éventuellement au moins un métabolite; et à fournir au moins un métabolite nécessaire à la prolifération des cellules sur un côté du substrat extra-capillaire semi-perméable.
