The invention relates to a method and an apparatus of producing natural salt or fresh water by treating sea water and natural salt and fresh water produced by treating sea water and it is an object of the invention to realize a treating method and a treating apparatus of sea water capable of producing natural salt or fresh water with no need of an expensive equipment, in an extremely short period of time and efficiently. At least one of distilled water and a salt component is provided by expediting crystallization of the salt component by evaporating a water component by atomizing sea water and blowing warm wind thereto. In this case, there are provided a method and an apparatus of arranging at least one of net and cloth at one stage or a plurality of stages in a midway of a flow of an evaporated water component and adhering a salt component on the net or the cloth when the evaporated water component passes through the net or the cloth.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de dessalement de l'eau de mer visant à produire du sel naturel et de l'eau douce. L'invention concerne également le sel naturel et l'eau douce obtenus en utilisant ce dispositif selon ce procédé. Ce procédé et ce dispositif permettent de produire de façon satisfaisante du sel naturel et de l'eau douce sans qu'il y ait besoin d'une installation coûteuse. Le procédé consiste à pulvériser de l'eau de mer et à y souffler de l'air chaud de façon à évaporer l'eau, à favoriser la cristallisation du sel et à obtenir de l'eau distillée ou du sel ou les deux. Dans la pratique, on utilise un filet et une étoffe que l'on place en plusieurs points au milieu du trajet du flux d'eau d'évaporation de façon à laisser le sel adhérer au filet et à l'étoffe lorsque l'eau d'évaporation traverse le filet et l'étoffe.
